		By Bill Reilly Eagle Insider Date: Oct 1, 2009 The fourth week of the season was a big test for the league as several team had tough out-of-conference opponents. The good news is the league now has a legitimate top-10 team. The Hokies are ranked sixth in both polls. The bad news is they have several teams fighting for the title of the worst team in the BCS.
